Warranty
Every item manufactured by Unicorn Industries (Pvt.) Ltd has a warranty period of 01 year.
We will issue a new replacement manufactured item for any manufacturing defect or damage that may occur during the transportation of an item supplied by our company. (conditions apply)
Furthermore, if there is any defect in the item supplied by us during the warranty period, depending on its nature, the item will be repaired or a new item will be provided for it. We are not responsible for flooding and water damage. In such a case, considering the nature of the damage, we provide services to repair it at a small monetary value.
Further, Unicorn Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. issues a warranty only for items sold by our company or manufactured by us, subject to a carriage charge at a concessional rate which may vary according to the market value.
• The company’s decision on the terms of warranty is final. • No exchange of one product for another product. • It may take up to 14 days to provide a replacement for a defect.
Refunds
• The company’s decision on the terms of refunding is final. • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. • Once your return is received and inspected, we will call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
